Prospect-Health is seeking a patient-centered Pharmacist for a busy community branch in Scotland. You will deliver high-quality care, perform medication reviews, maintain patient records and support safe inventory management.

Join a supportive team with robotic distribution, a Monday–Friday pattern, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, GPhC fees paid, and a bonus up to £5,000 annually. 45 hours per week at a competitive salary.

Qualifications

• UK pharmacist must be fully qualified and registered with GPhC.
• Experience in community pharmacy environments preferred.

This branch is currently handling approximately 12,000 items each month, making it quite active. In addition to offering a range of services, it employs a robotic distribution technology, enabling staff to allocate additional time to provide an excellent standard of healthcare.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient care
• Conduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication management
• Maintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory

Package and Benefits

• Salary based on 45 hrs p/w
• Work pattern: Monday to Friday 8.30-5.30pm and Tuesday to Saturday 8.30-5.30pm
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (Increasing to 32 days with length of service)
• GPhC fees paid
• Performance related bonus of up to £5000 per year
• Company pension scheme
