Responsibilities

• Dispense 1600 items a week and provide NHS and Well Pharmacy private services.
• Maintain services for substance misuse patients (20 individuals).
• Collaborate with GP surgeries and health centres to support patient care.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Pharmacist to join the team and make a difference at our pharmacy in Lincoln Green Road in Leeds.This community pharmacy is commutable from surrounding cities/ towns/ villages and is located in a shopping centre. It has a very good relationship with the local GP surgery/health centre.

How our pharmacy makes a difference:

• It dispenses 1600 items a week
• It provides all NHS services and Well Pharmacy private services
• It provides services to 20 substance misuse patients
• It dispenses 60 community blisters dispensed mainly from our central hub

This pharmacy is open Monday - Friday 9am-6pm ad Saturday 9am-2pm. The dynamic team at this pharmacy is comprised of a fully staffed team including a non pharmacist manager.
