Job summary

Pulse recherche un pharmacien de Band 7 à Londres pour un poste à temps plein de 37,5 heures par semaine. Le candidat idéal travaillera en collaboration avec une équipe de dispensaire pour soutenir la vérification clinique des prescriptions. Ce poste est disponible immédiatement avec un taux horaire compétitif allant jusqu'à £30.

Qualifications

• Expérience de travail avec l'équipe de pharmacie hospitalière.
• Compétences en gestion des prescriptions pour les patients hospitalisés.
• Capacité à gérer les médicaments pour les cas de jour et de sortie.

Responsibilities

• Travailler avec l'équipe de dispensaire pour le soutien clinique.
• Examiner les ordonnances de médicaments pour garantir précision et sécurité.
• Participer à la gestion des prescriptions d'inpatients.

The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 7 Pharmacist in London. The successful Pharmacist will be required to work full-time Monday – Friday 09:00-17:15. This role is available to start ASAP; the pay rate for this job is up to £30 per hour.

Specific Skills; Working with hospital inpatient dispensary team to support the pharmacist clinical screening of hospital patient prescriptions (orders) for: Inpatient medications, Day case medication, Outpatient medication and Take home prescriptions
