Job summary

Boots UK is looking for a pharmacist to deliver NHS, locally commissioned and private services, while upholding clinical standards and patient safety. You will lead care quality, coach colleagues, and collaborate with the Store Manager to grow the wider healthcare team.

You will engage with the local community and healthcare professionals, delivering trusted care and services that put patients first, in a store-based setting across the Boots network.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting.
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services.
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others.
