Job summary

Boots is hiring a Pharmacist in Wales to deliver NHS, private and locally commissioned services using in-store and digital tools. You’ll use your clinical expertise daily within a supportive team and culture that puts patients first.

You’ll be registered with GPhC/PSNI/ PSI and lead patient care, safety and pharmacy compliance while mentoring colleagues and representing Boots in the community. A collaborative mindset and passion for enhanced services are essential.

Qualifications

• Working with the Store Manager to develop the capability of the wider healthcare team
• Growing talent that reflects the communities we serve; coaching, mentoring and supporting your colleagues every step of the way.

What You’ll Need To Have (our Must-haves)

• Registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience leading patient and customer care within a pharmacy setting
• Passion for delivering essential, advanced, and private services
• A collaborative, team-first mindset and an eagerness to coach and guide others
