Job summary

LF&E Temperature Controlled Logistics is seeking delivery drivers to join our UK team. You will deliver medication on pre-planned routes, follow safety procedures, and work with depot managers to ensure timely, professional service.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence (3+ years, up to 6 points), strong geographical knowledge, excellent communication, and DBS/reference checks. We offer pension, 25 days holiday, overtime pay, and training for progression.

Qualifications

• Delivery drivers should have prior multi-drop experience or logistics driving experience.
• Strong knowledge of local geography and routes in the UK.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organised and reliable with a professional approach.
• Hold a full UK manual driving licence for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points.
• Subject to DBS and reference checks; must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within agreed timescales.
• Adhere to all safety procedures on-site and during delivery.
• Collaborate with depot managers and drivers to ensure high-quality service.
• Ensure compliance with UK/EU transport regulations, Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines.
• Maintain excellent customer service standards on each delivery.

Role Details:

45 hours per week (5-6 days), Monday to Friday. Daily hours may vary. Saturday availability required every 6-7 weeks. Day shifts (start times between 6:30am and 7:45am).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

Skills & Qualifications:

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
• Strong geographical knowledge
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional
• Full UK manual Driving Licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points
