Job summary

LF&E is seeking a delivery driver to support its UK healthcare logistics operations. You will deliver medication on planned routes, adhere to safety protocols, and work with depot teams to maintain reliable service across sites.

The role requires a full UK driving licence, DBS/checks, and a commitment to high customer service standards. Flexible hours and overtime are part of the package, with potential for progression.

Qualifications

• Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred.
• Strong geographical knowledge.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Highly organised, reliable, and professional.
• Full UK manual Driving Licence held for at least 3 years, with no more than 6 points.
• Subject to DBS and reference checks.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Deliver medication on pre-planned routes within expected timescales
• Follow all safety procedures on-site and during delivery
• Collaborate with fellow drivers and depot managers to ensure professional and efficient service
• Ensure compliance with UK and EU transport laws, including Good Distribution Practices and MHRA guidelines
• Always maintain excellent customer service standards

Role Details:

45 hours per week (5-6 days), Monday to Friday. Daily hours may vary. Saturday availability required every 6-7 weeks. Day shifts (start times between 6:30am and 7:45am).
