Job summary

Yusen Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Quality Manager to oversee day-to-day quality activities at our Northampton healthcare operations, ensuring the highest standards of compliance, customer service and operational excellence.

You will investigate customer incidents, lead CAPA work, train the Quality team, maintain GDP compliance and perform audits, with responsibility across Northampton sites and the option for one remote day per week.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Quality role within a pharmaceutical warehouse environment.
• Understanding of MHRA regulations.
• Working knowledge of GDP and CAPA management.
• Experience conducting audits, quality assessments and investigations.
• Proven people management experience.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems.
• Registered Responsible Person (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead audits relating to GDP, regulatory bodies, authorities or customers.
• Maintain a Quality Management system compliant with GDP guidelines.
• Mentor Quality team to ensure GDP regulations compliance and CAPA effectiveness.
• Oversee stock counts and reporting with inventory team and customers.
• Coordinate with site admin/maintenance for remedials and repairs.
• Complete site YES/5S assessments and participate in management meetings.
• Manage change processes and CAPA closure with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate recall operations for medicinal products as needed.
• Provide data analysis, KPI/SLA reporting and team support.
