Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operator on a fixed-term contract at Kent Science Park, UK. You will operate a GMP-compliant warehouse, receive and book in materials, pick and despatch for production and shipments, and maintain accurate stock records in the ERP system.

The role requires hours on site, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a Fork Truck licence. You will contribute to stock takes, audits, and continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function.

Qualifications

• Recent and relevant experience in a similar Supply Chain role.
• Fork Truck Licence held.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive raw materials from suppliers.
• Book in materials to be stored in the GW Pharmaceutical warehouse.
• Pick and deliver materials to internal customers on site.
• Receive finished products and store in appropriate locations.
• Sample GMP materials per SOP and dispense for Bulk Manufacturing.
• Maintain stock records in ERP and perform cycle counting.
• Support stock takes and despatch activities for commercial shipments.
• Assist with out-of-hours call outs for supply chain plant alarms.
• Operate and understand IT systems related to warehouse operations.
