Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Sterilisation Engineer on a 15-month fixed-term contract for a leading global pharmaceutical manufacturer in the United Kingdom. The role focuses on operating autoclaves, generating validation docs, and supporting IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications.

You will also analyse process data using SPC techniques, investigate results, and complete calibration of equipment and instrumentation. A degree in Microbiology/Biology Science or Engineering is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Microbiology/Biology Science or Engineering.
• Assist in the execution of IQ/OQ/PQ qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate the steam and superheated water autoclaves.
• Generate and complete the validation documentation (protocols and reports) and assist in the execution of qualifications such as IQ/OQ/PQ.
• Record the analysis of process data including the use of statistical process control techniques.
• Investigate, report, and review results.
• Complete the Calibration of process equipment and measurement instrumentation.
