Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support.
• Experience working on endoscope washers, medical autoclaves, sterilisation systems or washer disinfectors.
• HTM/STM/WTM qualification.
• Impeccable customer service skills.
• Interest in IT.
• Ability to remain confident in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, repair and general maintenance of sterilisation systems.
• Cover a range of sterilisation equipment including autoclaves and washer disinfectors.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional on-site support.
