STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a Shopfloor Process Leader to drive the quality agenda on the manufacturing floor, ensuring compliance with GMP and STADA standards. You will lead continuous improvement across filling and manufacturing, delivering measurable efficiency gains while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes collaboration with cross‑functional teams, CAPA closure, and embedding quality documentation practices to sustain high performance in a GMP

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Quality or Production QMS in pharma/chemical manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of liquids and semi-solids manufacturing & filling shopfloor environments.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt qualification or equivalent.
• Evidence of delivering CI, NONC (Deviation) & LIR processes and CAPA closure.
• Demonstrable ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a compliant environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality agenda on the shopfloor and manage process unit compliance documents.
• Drive process improvements across manufacturing and filling with robust project plans.
• Embed CI tools (OpEx, Lean, 6S) and use KPI trends to deliver quality gains.
• Champion new concepts and technologies to upgrade production practices and standards.
