Boehringer Ingelheim UK is offering a 12-month Commercial Quality Internship based at our Winnersh head office. The role starts September 2027 and is a paid placement with a fixed salary of £26,000 for the year, requiring a minimum of two days per week onsite at Winnersh.

You will gain hands-on experience with quality systems, regulatory compliance and data reporting, collaborating with Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial teams to protect product quality and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Currently studying for a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and completing a placement year as part of the course.
• A minimum of three A levels at grades ABB, with at least one qualification in Mathematics or a science subject.
• The right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.
• The ability to travel independently to the usual place of work and, where required, to other sites.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to organise work, maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Maintain quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions and records.
• Review and track complaints, deviations and CAPAs.
• Prepare quality reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI and quality systems.
• Support audits, self-inspections and compliance monitoring activities.
• Maintain training records and monitor completion of required training.
• Support supplier and third-party quality activities.
