Job summary

SRG is seeking a QC Laboratory Technician in Loughborough to support pharmaceutical testing activities for finished products. The role involves performing analytical testing, ensuring GMP/GLP compliance, and maintaining documentation under a 12-month temp contract.

The ideal candidate has recent GMP/GLP laboratory experience and hands-on use of HPLC and UV spectroscopy, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills. 1+ year in pharmaceutical lab testing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in GMP/GLP laboratory environments.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and UV spectroscopy.
• Ability to interpret analytical data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performing analytical testing for batch release, stability studies, development projects, and customer complaint investigations
• Supporting GMP investigations, including preliminary and full-scale OOS/OOT investigations
• Maintaining Good Documentation Practices and ensuring compliance with GMP and GLP standards
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support calibration and equipment maintenance activities
• Reviewing and issuing GMP documentation following training
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the QC team
