Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting a Project Manager (Pharma) for a 12-month engagement. The role is remote with travel, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects within a regulated environment.

You'll collaborate with R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial teams, manage timelines and budgets, and report to senior stakeholders. A PMP or PRINCE2 is preferred and strong leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in pharmaceutical sector with knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Experience rolling out health/pharma projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of pharmaceutical projects, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory affairs, and commercial operations to drive project success.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and senior management, maintaining clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
