Job summary

Randstad CPE is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high-impact initiatives during a pivotal integration period in a regulated manufacturing environment (Medical Device/Pharma).

The role requires 9+ years in project leadership, PMP is a plus, and offers a 10-month contract with potential extension. The position is remote with initial onsite setup at a regional facility, and pays £40 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; MBA desirable.
• 9+ years of industry experience, with at least 5 years in roles of increasing responsibility.
• Proven track record in regulated manufacturing (Medical Device/Pharma).
• Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and M&A integration.
• PMP certification is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams to achieve objectives in Medical Device/Pharma.
• Oversee full lifecycle of complex projects: tasks, resources, budgets.
• Manage validation deliverables ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
• Identify, mitigate, and communicate project risks; develop contingency plans.
• Drive strategy via value streams, change management, and business transformation funnels.
• Conduct lessons-learned sessions to improve operations and performance.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders for alignment and decisions.
