Job summary

Organon is hiring a Process Scientist/Engineer for our world class manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will execute Technical Operations projects, including transfers, new equipment qualification, cleaning validation, and continuous improvement, delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing and/or process support.
• Proven ability to communicate and work with cross-functional teams.
• Project management experience in lean manufacturing environments.
• Strong time management and prioritisation to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for processes involved in packaging, including transfers and qualification.
• Coordinate process and cleaning validation activities on site and oversee sampling.
• Investigate deviations and establish root causes to reduce rework and improve capability.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with policies and SOPs.
• Support training across Technical Services and promote continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Contribute to Quality and Compliance initiatives and drive operational excellence.
