Job summary

Organon is hiring an Operations Project Manager to lead site-based projects at our manufacturing site in Cramlington, Northumberland. You will plan, oversee and drive projects from idea through to completion, coordinating across internal and external stakeholders and ensuring alignment with business requirements and schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in a Science or Engineering related subject or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrable experience in Pharma, FMCG or highly regulated industry.
• Project management expertise.
• Scheduling experience.
• Experience in dealing with complexity.
• Worked with multiple departments/stakeholders across the business.
• Understanding of end to end business processes and interdependencies across projects.
• Understanding of downstream and upstream impact within the process.
• Ability to multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously.
• Leadership, integrity, resilience, flexible to current and new situations.
• Decision making - method judgement and risk taking.
• Strategic thinking and creating a vision.
• Ability to problem solve and manage change.

Responsibilities

• Drive project management expertise and standardisation.
• Increase capability in others for project management, promoting best practice and ensuring standards are met.
• Develop project execution plans that are fully scoped with clear success criteria, costed and resourced.
• Deliver approved projects with a strong focus on project controls.
• Track items through to completion of first commercial batches.
• Conduct project reviews and create senior leaders updates.
• Improve processes and overall approach where necessary.
