Job summary

Perrigouk in Braunton, UK, seeks a Process Engineer to join our Process Engineering Team at the Braunton manufacturing site. You will design, implement and optimize processes used in the production of oral solid dose products, ensuring efficiency, safety, cost-effectiveness and regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the Process & Project Engineering Manager, the role requires a degree in engineering and 3+ years in process engineering within manufacturing; pharma experience with cGMP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years in a Process Engineering role in manufacturing.
• Experience in oral solid dose/pharmaceutical manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with process optimisation is required.
• Experience writing technical reports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise manufacturing processes.
• Oversee process changes and change management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS, Quality and regulatory requirements.
• Support production with troubleshooting and improvements.
• Contribute to SOPs, validation protocols and reports.
