Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Professional qualification in marketing or related subject.
• Experience in a product marketing role within pharmaceuticals.
• Ability to demonstrate understanding of marketing processes and product life cycle.
• Experience presenting and effectively engaging with others.
• A full, clean UK driving licence.
• Strategic approach to long-term growth plans and product vision.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic portfolio marketing plan in collaboration with sales leads and budget.
• Understand market, competitor and clinical trends across product groups in each specialty area.
• Create and submit a quarterly marketing insights paper.
• Develop the KOL network to understand user requirements for existing and new products.
• Manage all marketing budget proposals and allocate accordingly.
• Lead new product launches with go-to-market strategy and materials.
• Support product training alongside Sales Teams to ensure knowledge transfer.
• Oversee inventory management aligned with demand.
• Provide feedback to the Principal quarterly on activity and insights.
