SIBIE Ltd Holding Group is seeking a Partnership Executive to grow and manage a network of pharmaceutical and healthcare partners, supporting online pharmacy and telehealth services. You will nurture existing partnerships and close new opportunities with a consultative, relationship-first sales approach.

The role involves engaging stakeholders across UK and international markets, coordinating with regulatory, operations and technical teams, and traveling as needed to partner meetings and events.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or sales within the pharmaceutical, life sciences or healthcare services industry.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulatory and market access environments, including UK bodies such as the MHRA and GPhC, healthcare and procurement frameworks such as the NHS, UAE regulatory authorities (e.g. MOHAP, DHA, DOH), and regional distribution models.
• Proven ability to navigate multi-market, cross-border partnership structures and build trust with stakeholders operating under different regulatory systems.
• Ability to support and coordinate government and public affairs activities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and grow relationships with existing partners and clinics, ensuring satisfaction, retention and expansion of engagement.
• Identify, approach and convert new clients, partners and business leads within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector.
• Develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with company growth targets.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and meetings to build a strong professional network.
• Contribute to pharmaceutical industry associations and build alliances that communicate our positions and messages.
• Track the pipeline, partnership performance and market opportunities, reporting regularly to leadership.
• Collaborate with regulatory, operations and technical teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and delivery.
• Stay current on pharmaceutical market trends, regulatory changes and the competitive landscape across multiple markets.
