Job summary

Radcliffe is seeking a Director, Pharmaceutical Partnerships to accelerate growth in pharmaceutical promotional and medical communications. You will lead high-impact, consultative sales efforts with pharmaceutical companies, biotech organisations and healthcare agencies to build strategic partnerships and grow accounts across EMEA, North America and global markets.

The role combines trusted scientific content, global HCP reach, digital media and sponsored content to deliver measurable outcomes

Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical marketing and medical communications.
• Proven ability to build senior stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in developing and delivering multi-channel campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a significant part of Radcliffe’s pharmaceutical commercial opportunities.
• Identify value opportunities and open doors with senior decision-makers.
• Shape compelling solutions and manage opportunities from initial discussion to commercial delivery.
• Develop agency relationships and ensure Radcliffe is considered in pharma planning campaigns.
