Alliance Healthcare, part of Cencora, is hiring a Multi Drop Driver in Croydon to reliably deliver pharmaceutical and healthcare products across the region. You will operate a 3.5-tonne van, complete a high volume of drops, and maintain delivery accuracy while providing excellent customer service.

The role requires a full UK manual driving licence with minimal penalty points, strong organisational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Qualifications

• Full UK manual driving licence with up to 3 penalty points.
• Previous experience in multi-drop driving/delivery roles.
• Good knowledge of local roads and delivery routes.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet delivery schedules.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable, professional and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Able to perform physically demanding duties, including lifting totes.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 3.5-tonne van for scheduled pharmaceutical deliveries.
• Complete a high volume of deliveries (50+ drops per day).
• Load and unload delivery totes while protecting product integrity.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain relationships.
• Accurately record delivery information and required documentation.
• Communicate delivery progress with the transport team.
• Carry out daily vehicle safety checks and report defects.
