Job summary

Adelphi Group, through Adelphi Research, seeks a Director to lead client relationships and strategic insight across pharma & healthcare. Based at our Bollington HQ with some remote work and Europe-wide travel to service clients, you will shape research programs, manage senior teams, and drive growth with high-impact proposals.

Qualifications

• Degree level qualified (2:1 minimum) in a relevant area.
• 10+ years in market research, preferably in an agency.
• Healthcare/pharma research experience with client growth.
• Experience across all research approaches with expertise in at least one area.
• Foreign languages desirable.
