Job summary

Adelphi Research UK, part of Adelphi Group (Omnicom Health), is seeking a Research Executive to support market research projects across pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Based in Bollington, Cheshire, this role is hybrid with 3 days per week in the office and an initial month fully on-site.

You will assist with project coordination, design of analysis frameworks, and delivering insights across therapy areas, gaining exposure to multi-country studies and a range of methodologies.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have a degree-level education.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Languages such as Western European, Eastern European or Russian would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support market research projects.
• Contribute to the design of a project and analysis framework.
• Prepare materials for supplier briefings and run straightforward briefings with limited support.
• Independently manage agencies, arrange CL dates, send materials and train moderators.
• With guidance, conduct depth/semi-quantitative interviews.
• Attend central location interviews with clients.
• Populate draft presentations with senior team and add key takeaways to slides.
• Produce findings following a defined structure and respond to detailed questions.
• Provide advice and support on company-wide initiatives and mentor junior team members.
