Job summary

Gi Group UK in Swindon is recruiting a Formulation Technician/Pharmaceutical Production Operator on a 12-month contract with the potential to go permanent.

You will set up and operate manufacturing skids, prepare formulations, handle sterilisation and batch documentation, and work a rotating 24/7 shift pattern with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English or equivalent numeracy skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
• Willingness to work in controlled cleanroom environments and follow gowning procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate bulk manufacturing skids and compounding systems per SOPs.
• Prepare pharmaceutical formulations using skid and vessel systems per batch records.
• Prepare and test equipment and manufacturing modules.
• Operate automated vessels, autoclaves, airlocks and cleaning systems to ensure cleanliness and sterility.
