Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a pharmaceutical environment in Cambridge. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems on site, ensuring reliability and safety.

The role requires City & Guilds Level 2/3 and a proven building services background. Benefits include a salary up to £45,000, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, ongoing training and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Electrically or mechanically qualified with City & Guilds Level 2 & 3.
• 18th Edition is desirable.
• Must provide copies of trade certificates.
• Proven track record in commercial building maintenance.
• Multi-skilled with good communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lighting installation, fault-finding and lamping.
• Emergency lighting tests and maintenance.
• Control panels and ballast changing.
• BMS system monitoring and logging.
• Maintain and update log books.
• Plumbing tasks including unblocking toilets.
• Pumps and motors maintenance.
