The role emphasises accuracy and teamwork to hit daily despatch targets. Prior warehouse experience is advantageous; a meticulous approach and ability to work 17:00–01:00 shifts are key in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
• Experience in despatch, order picking or packing preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Basic computer skills and confidence using handheld scanners.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Able to lift and move stock safely.

Responsibilities

• Pick and prepare pharmaceutical and healthcare products for despatch.
• Check orders accurately against despatch documentation.
• Pack and label products correctly and securely.
• Use handheld scanners and warehouse systems to process orders.
• Ensure the correct products and quantities are despatched.
• Check products for damage, shortages or discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records and complete relevant warehouse documentation.
• Work as part of a team to achieve daily despatch and operational targets.
• Adhere to SOPs, GDP guidelines and company policies.
