Ardmac seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to lead fit-out projects within pharmaceutical and cleanroom environments. You will drive pre-contract and post-contract activities, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery across projects.

Qualifications

Experience in contracts management for fit-out projects.
Strong track record in pharma/cleanroom environments.
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts and commercial reporting.
Knowledge of health and safety, quality procedures and construction industry standards.

Responsibilities

Lead pre-contract activities: tender review, planning and programming with operations.
Oversee post-contract execution: safety, quality, budgeting and programme control.
Coordinate with PMs and site managers to align resources and milestones.
Procurement and management of sub-contractors and suppliers within authorised limits.
Ensure documentation, meetings and reviews capture contractual entitlement and changes.
Maintain contract reviews and ensure timely client/consultant communications.
