Job summary

Havas Life London is seeking an experienced Client Services professional to lead day-to-day delivery for pharmaceutical and healthcare client projects. You will partner with Medical Writers and Creative teams to ensure timely, high-quality outputs while coaching junior team members.

You will act as the principal contact for clients, manage briefs, and keep clients updated on progress, budgets, and outcomes, building strong relationships with senior leadership and key opinion leaders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client account handling from a comms agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong presentation and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients.
• Take full ownership for day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects.
• Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team.
• Ensure all projects are on brief and delivered to client expectations.
• Ensure timely delivery of all projects.
• Provide updates to the client on an ongoing basis.
• Manage all financial responsibilities to deliver projects on budget.
• Work with Account Director and senior leaders to develop client relationships.
• Lead the approval process and ensure quality control.
• Build understanding of client brands and disease areas.
• Support relationships with key opinion leaders across the industry.
