Job summary

Beaverbrook Golf Club in Surrey seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to join our Golf Operations team, delivering outstanding service to Members and their guests.

You will provide group and private lessons, assist with outside operations, support the retail area, and help run events and competitions while upholding the club’s high standards. A PGA member or final-year trainee is preferred; 40-hour week with development opportunities.

Qualifications

• PGA member or final year trainee required.
• Ambitious and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-starter with high personal standards and professional grooming.
• Experience at a private Members club is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enhancing member and guest experience with outstanding service.
• Assisting with outside operations (valet, bag drop, practice facility).
• Assisting with the retail operation.
• Providing group, private golf lessons and custom fittings.
• Assisting with competitions and events.
• Playing golf with Members.
• Carrying out club repairs as required.
