• Salary: £48,000 - £50,000
• Car Allowance: £6,000 p/a

We are currently recruiting an experienced PFI Facilities Manager to manage a large school site in Fleetwood. The site is preparing for hand-back in 3 years and will be the first for the business, so you will be spearheading this from an on-site perspective. Following this, your experience will be utilized on further hand-back projects.
