Job summary

infrasearch is seeking an experienced PFI Senior Commercial Manager / Associate Director for a home-based role within its growing infrastructure and asset management team. You will manage commercial matters across live PFI/PPP assets, handle variations, market testing, and contract support while engaging stakeholders and resolving complex contractual issues.

The role emphasizes governance, reporting, risk management, and liaising with legal advisors and external stakeholders, with opportunities

Qualifications

• Proven commercial management experience within PFI/PPP, infrastructure, construction.
• Currently working for an SPV, FM, Sponsor/Developer or consultancy.
• Knowledge of PFI hand-back.
• Strong understanding of contracts and commercial risk.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and report-writing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support with PFI hand-back.

• Review and interpret project agreements and contractual obligations.

The Opportunity

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced PFI Senior Commercial Manager / Associate Director to join a growing infrastructure and asset management team supporting a diverse portfolio of PFI/PPP assets across the UK.

This role will focus on commercial management, variations management, PFI expiry, contract support, stakeholder engagement, and resolving complex operational and contractual matters across live projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial matters including variations, bench-marking, market testing, and dispute resolution.
• Support with PFI hand-back
• Provide commercial and contractual support to operational teams and project stakeholders.
• Review and interpret project agreements and contractual obligations.
• Support project governance, reporting, and commercial risk management.
