Job summary

300 North Limited is seeking a PFI Asset Performance Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational performance of a portfolio of PPP/PFI healthcare assets in the North West, with hybrid working. The role involves ensuring contractual obligations are met, coordinating with facilities management providers and stakeholders, and delivering continuous improvement across the portfolio.

The successful candidate will have PFI/PPP sector experience, strong contract management skills, and a track record

Qualifications

• Experience in PPP/PFI sector is essential.
• Strong contract management and performance monitoring experience.
• Healthcare asset experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operational performance of PPP/PFI contracts.
• Ensure compliance with MSA and Credit Agreements and all contractual obligations.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, tenants and FM providers.
• Monitor facilities management performance against KPIs and service standards.
• Identify, investigate and resolve operational and contractual issues.
• Support contract changes, variations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Prepare operational reports for senior management and Board meetings.
• Maintain accurate documentation, project records and performance trackers.
• Manage recharge processes and resolve related queries.
• Monitor defects, health & safety matters and insurance claims.
• Undertake regular inspections across the portfolio.
• Support development of asset management strategies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practice and achieve objectives.

Salary: £43,000 + Company Car or £5,550 Car Allowance (circa £48,550 package) + Excellent Benefits

We are recruiting for a PFI Asset Performance Manager to join a friendly, inclusive and established property and asset management organisation with an excellent reputation for delivering high quality services, building trusted partnerships and investing in its people.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage the day today operational performance of a portfolio of PPP/PFI healthcare assets across the North West. Working closely with facilities management providers, tenants and key stakeholders, you will ensure contractual obligations are met, service performance is maintained and continuous improvement is delivered across the portfolio.
