The Company of Animals is seeking a Category Manager for the Pet Head brand, focused on driving growth across key markets and channels. This data-led role combines category insight, commercial analysis, and go-to-market execution to deliver against clear commercial objectives.

You will work with Sales, Product, Operations, Digital and Marketing to turn insights into action and drive portfolio performance. The role is based in Chertsey, with regular attendance required at the office.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years in category/brand management or related commercial role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actions.
• Experience with NPD/EPD and cross-functional delivery.
• Comfortable working with sales, marketing data and market intelligence.

Mansioni

• Own the annual Pet Head brand and category plan with budgets, KPIs.
• Analyse sales, category and consumer data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Develop market intelligence on positioning, pricing, promotions and launches.
• Lead NPD/EPD pipeline and cross-functional launches from strategy to execution.
• Develop go-to-market plans and selling-in materials for key markets.
