Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a Service Specialist to join its Pest Elimination team. You will provide pest detection, elimination and prevention solutions to a commercial route, protecting brands at restaurants, hotels, hospitals, schools and processing plants.

The role includes leading a team, onboarding new members, conducting audits, and maintaining strong customer relationships while documenting service and adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of leading and coaching a team in a field service role.
• Ability to onboard and train new team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist the District Manager with day to day management tasks.
• Lead, coach and support the members of the team.
• Onboard and train new team members.
• Complete quality audits and field accompaniment reviews.
• Present at Service Excellence team meetings.
• Establish effective working relationships with customers to identify and solve pest problems.
• Keep up-to-date with product offerings and industry conditions to enhance service and sales.
• Document issues and service delivered with written evidence.
