Rentokil Initial plc is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Southall / Hounslow and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as extensive training is provided. You will manage your own schedule, solve customer problems, and deliver excellent service with a professional image.

The role offers a basic salary of £27,788 with a £3,000 south east allowance and an expected OTE of £35,000, plus benefits including a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform, and RI Rewards.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest behaviour.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
