Job summary

Rentokil Initial Careers in London area is seeking a Pest Control Technician to join our team, covering Barking and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as we provide comprehensive training and support a flexible, field-based role.

You will manage a dedicated geographic area, visit customer premises, identify pests, implement solutions, and provide advice on hygiene and prevention. A full UK driving licence is required and benefits include a company vehicle and pension.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years with minimal penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or higher is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and risks.
• Tackle pest problems and remove evidence of pest activity.
• Advise customers on maintenance and hygiene to prevent issues.
• Complete accurate reports after each visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
