Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas. No experience is required as full industry-leading training is provided. You will manage your own schedule, resolve customer pest problems on site, and contribute to high service standards.

Key responsibilities include inspecting premises, addressing pest issues, advising on upkeep, and completing reports. A driving licence is required; DBS checks may be needed for some roles.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or above is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting customer premises for signs of pests and identifying potential risks.
• Swiftly tackling pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offering valuable advice to customers on the maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Completing accurate reports after every visit.
• Providing exceptional customer service and upholding a professional image at all times.
