Job summary

Rentokil Initial Pest Control Technician in Barking and surrounding areas is seeking a motivated individual. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided to equip you for effective pest control in customer premises.

You will cover a local area, maintain high service standards, complete visits with accurate reports, and develop skills through industry-leading training. A full UK driving licence and strong customer service are essential.

Qualifications

Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at level C/4 or above is advantageous.
Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
DBS check may be required for some roles.

Responsibilities

Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify risks.
Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
Provide advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
Complete accurate reports after every visit.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional image.
