Job summary

Rentokil Initial is seeking a Pest Control Technician to cover Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. No prior experience required as comprehensive training is provided. The role offers a competitive package, a company vehicle, and opportunities for overtime and bonuses.

You will inspect premises, address pest issues, advise customers, and maintain detailed visit reports while upholding a professional image.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points.
• GCSE Maths and English at level C (Grade 4) or above is advantageous.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
• DBS check may be required depending on the role.

Responsibilities

• Inspect customer premises for signs of pests and identify potential risks.
• Swiftly tackle pest problems by cleaning and removing evidence of pest behaviour.
• Offer valuable advice to customers on maintenance and hygiene of their premises.
• Complete accurate reports after every visit.
• Provide exceptional customer service and uphold a professional image at all times.
