Vergo Pest Management Ltd is seeking a customer-facing Pest Control Technician to join our Birmingham City Centre team. You will inspect properties and carry out pest treatments across commercial, residential and government sites, while promoting additional work where opportunities arise.

Salary package is up to £29,500 base, with potential to increase take-home pay by up to £6,000 via leads, commissions, bonuses and incentives. Full UK driving licence and a proactive attitude are required.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driver's Licence is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Live within 40 miles of the advertised area.
• Ability to work effectively and independently with minimal supervision.
• Be methodical and systematic in your approach to work.
• Comfortable using mobile phone apps.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers across your area to perform inspections and carry out treatments.
• Promote additional work when opportunities arise.
• Provide pest control services for commercial, residential and government properties.
• Be the frontline representative of Vergo Pest Management and maintain high service standards.

We have a fantastic opportunity for a customer facing Pest Control Technician to join our team, working in Birmingham City Centre. Whether you are experienced in the industry, looking for a change or to start your career, we want to hear from you.

Our comprehensive range of pest management servicesincludes rodent control , bird management, insect control and wildlife management.

You’ll be at the sharp end of our service for commercial, residential and government properties where you'll be visiting our customers across your area to make inspections and carry out treatments, as well as promoting additional work if the opportunity arises.

Our salary package is up to £29,500.00 based on qualifications and experience, in addition all of our technicians have the opportunity to increase their take home pay by up to 6K through leads, commission, bonus schemes and incentives.

Experience within this field would be preferred however we provide an excellent training programme for inexperienced candidates and are always looking to bring on individuals who show initiative and have the right attitude and work ethic.
