The role includes rodents, insects and bird work. Work patterns are typically 9 - 5, Monday - Friday.

We are looking for a candidate who lives in the York/Wetherby/Knaresborough/Harrogate/Leeds area.

Responsibilities:

- Carrying out surveys and providing quotes to clients.

- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations

- Determine the type of pests and the extent of the infestation

- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies and treatment plans

- Apply insecticides and other pest control products in a safe and responsible manner

- Seal off entry points and prevent future infestations

- Educate customers on pest prevention methods and provide recommendations for maintaining a pest-free environment

- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Physical ability to climb ladders, crawl into tight spaces, and lift heavy equipment

- Knowledge of pests, their behaviour, and effective control methods is a plus
