Tennals Pest Control is an accredited member of the BPCA and a member of the NPTA. We have a reputation for quality and excellent customer service.

Although we operate predominantly in the West Midlands, we have a client base that spans the UK, and all employees may be required to attend various sites across the country.

As a technician, your main responsibilities will include organising and undertaking treatment programs on commercial, residential, and government properties to facilitate integrated pest management.

Core hours are 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. There may be a requirement to participate in a call-out rota outside normal hours, and travel outside your area may be necessary.

The role requires a hardworking, 'can-do' attitude, with excellent communication and customer service skills. High levels of client interaction are expected from the outset.

Technicians must be qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 2 in pest management or equivalent, with at least 2 years’ experience in the pest control industry.

The Pest Control Technician will need to plan routes efficiently, conduct inspections, and advise customers on treatment options.

Minimum Qualifications

• Qualified to BPCA / RSPH level 2 in pest management or equivalent
• At least 2 years’ experience in pest control
• Enhanced DBS clearance
