Job summary

Pest Control Partnership in Worcester and surrounding areas is seeking a hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician. You’ll receive full training to achieve the RSPH Level 2 Award and contribute to professional pest control across varied sites.

No prior pest control experience is required; you'll gain practical, outdoor work experience with a clear career path and ongoing mentoring, with a company van and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Willing to work outdoors and provide great customer service.
• Full UK driving licence essential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional pest and bird control services across a variety of customer sites.
• Carry out inspections and identify signs of pest activity.
• Assist with treatment plans and bird deterrent installations.
• Monitor sites and accurately record and report your findings.
• Provide a friendly and professional service to customers.
• Develop the skills and confidence to work independently across your region.
• Attend regular team meetings, training sessions and development days.

We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Pest & Bird Control Technician to join our growing team. Whether you're starting your career, looking for a change, or simply want a role where you're out and about rather than behind a desk, this could be the opportunity for you. No previous pest control experience is required. We'll provide full training, ongoing mentoring and support you in achieving your RSPH Level 2 Award in Pest Management, giving you a recognised industry qualification and a clear pathway to becoming a fully qualified technician. What you'll be doing

With full training and support, you'll learn to:
