Job summary

Prospero Teaching is seeking an Outreach Tutor to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to reengage pupils back into education. This role is ideal for an experienced teacher stepping away from the classroom to provide personalised learning.

You'll work flexibly, supporting pupils with SEND or disengaged learners, and monitor progression while offering structure to daily routines. Start ASAP; contract is temporary with part-time hours (6–15 hours per week).

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent.
• UK classroom teaching experience.
• Be creative, patient and willing to think outside of the box.
• Have experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.

Responsibilities

• Create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons to bridge gaps in pupil's education and boost engagement and attainment levels.
• Reengage pupils who have been out of education and provide structure back into their daily routine.
• Monitor progression with each pupil and support effective learning with Prospero Teaching.
