Prospero Teaching is seeking an Outreach Tutor in Exeter to create, plan and deliver 1:1 tailored lessons designed to bridge gaps in pupil education and boost engagement and attainment.

The role involves reengaging pupils who have been out of education, providing structure, monitoring progression, and supporting learning in a flexible, home/communit y-based setting. Begin ASAP on a temporary, part-time basis (15 hours weekly per pupil).

Qualifications

• QTS or equivalent required.
• UK classroom teaching experience.
• Creative, patient and willing to think outside the box.
• Experience working with SEND or disengaged pupils.
