Outwood Academy Ormesby in Middlesbrough is seeking a PLC Coordinator to lead the Personalised Learning Centre, coordinating bespoke courses and intervention strategies for specific student cohorts. This role requires a proactive approach to multi-agency collaboration, mentoring, and removing barriers to learning.

Start date ASAP; working pattern is 35 hours per week, 8:00am – 3:30pm, term time only plus 5 days. Join our team to transform learning outcomes for vulnerable students.

Salary (Actual Salary): Grade 6 SCP 12-14 (£24,304.54 to £25,105.04 per annum)

Working Pattern: 35 hours per week, 8:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday, term time only plus 5 days
