Position:

Location: Remote with learner observations in the East Coast, including Lincolnshire, Peterborough, Rutland, and East Yorkshire

Salary:

Depending on experience with performance-related bonuses

We seek passionate and experienced Residential Childcare and training professionals to deliver CYPF (Residential Childcare) apprenticeships. You will support a diverse cohort of learners through their apprenticeship journey, providing outstanding teaching and learning experiences. Your energy and passion will help shape the future of the industry as part of the leading training provider in the sector.

This role focuses on inspiring learners to succeed throughout their apprenticeships with quality training at its core.

You’ll help deliver an outstanding teaching and learning experience by:

• Engaging, motivating, and encouraging learners to achieve their qualifications through differentiated, impactful, and innovative teaching and learning methods
• Ensuring learners are fully prepared with completed portfolios for EPA Gateway
• Recruiting learners and employed apprentices as appropriate to maintain minimum caseload levels and operational excellence
• Utilizing technology, learning resources, virtual college, and facilitating workplace on-the-job training
• Adhering to GDPR and all data security policies
• Conducting planned, progressive visits and reviews with learners and employers in line with ESFA and Learner Journey requirements
• Promoting and safeguarding the welfare of children, young people, and individuals encountered

Requirements:

What we need from you:

• Level 3 Assessor qualification (TAQA, CAVA, A1)
• Teaching qualification (AET, DET, Cert Ed, PGCE) desirable
• Experience delivering CYPF apprenticeships with relevant qualifications
• Occupational competency within CYPF sector, at least supervisor level
• Strong track record supporting learners through End Point Assessment
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload
• GCSE Maths and English at grade C or above or equivalent Functional Skills
