Job summary

Nuffield Health Stoke is seeking a Personal Trainer to join our team. You will be on the gym floor, delivering a full range of sessions, inductions and health checks while helping members achieve their fitness goals and healthier lifestyles.

You’ll be a Level 3 Personal Trainer with CIMSPA Practitioner status, with opportunities to upskill, build your client base and share best practice in a supportive, member‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer (REPS) and CIMSPA Practitioner.
• Excellent listening and communication with clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and guide diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of sessions on the gym floor to support client growth.
• Deliver inductions, health checks, tasters, group exercise and personal training sessions.
• Upskill through additional CPD opportunities and develop your PT clients.
